Welcome to Northfield Properties
Northfield Properties was established in 2015 to provide our residents with high quality management and support during their stay with us.
We constantly strive to improve and beautify our residents’ homes. From frequent landscape projects, new decks, new siding and fresh paint on exterior and common areas, our goal is to always maintain a high standard of care and quality at our properties. We regularly upgrade and renovate our apartments to keep them modern and inviting.
Our Properties
From the North Shore to the Merrimack Valley to southern NH, we have the unit to match our resident’s needs. We take pride in our properties, as you will witness the improvements and upgrades we make on a regular basis.
Our residents have come to expect the see our staff regularly, whether for property inspections or performing routine maintenance. We maintain the services of professional cleaning, landscape, and snow/ice companies to keep our properties safe and clean.
