Northfield Properties thanks you for your interest in seeking your new home with us. We use the same criteria to screen all applicants, which you can view here. This ensures we have great residents in all of our properties.

  • Credit Score

    • Minimum Credit Score of 620

  • Deposit Requirements

    • First month and security required
    • Security deposit equal to one month of rent

  • Allowances with Cosigner

    • Less than 620 Credit Score
    • Limited or no rental history


  • Additional Allowances

    Please note income guidelines may not apply or differ to applicants participating in approved public housing
